Lowest humidity inland, away from coastlines. * WINDS...North around 10 mph. Gusts to 20 mph possible early this morning. Winds weakening through the day. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will be able to spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now....or will shortly.
