  Northeastern Carson County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  Southeastern Hutchinson County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  Northwestern Gray County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  Southwestern Roberts County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 1000 PM CDT
    
* At 918 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 6 miles northeast of Skellytown, or 7 miles northwest
  of Pampa, moving southeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. Public reported low rotating 
           wall cloud northwest of Pampa. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Pampa, Skellytown and Kingsmill. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
