  West central Lipscomb County in the Panhandle of Texas...
  Eastern Ochiltree County in the Panhandle of Texas...

* Until 615 PM CDT
    
* At 540 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 4 miles northwest of Wolf Creek Park, or 11 miles
  southeast of Perryton, moving northeast at 10 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.
