The National Weather Service in Albany has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Dutchess County in east central New York...

* Until 300 PM EDT.
    
* At 241 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Pleasant Valley, or near Poughkeepsie, moving east
  at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely.

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Pleasant Valley around 245 PM EDT.
  Millbrook and Stanfordville around 300 PM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
