  Southeastern Albany County in east central New York...
  West central Rensselaer County in east central New York...

* Until 400 PM EDT.

* At 106 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. One to two inches of rain have 
  fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Albany, Troy, East Greenbush, Cohoes, Watervliet, Rensselaer,
  Latham, Delmar, Menands, Green Island, Waterford, Loudonville,
  Center Brunswick, Wyantskill, Feura Bush, Selkirk, Wynantskill,
  West Sand Lake, North Greenbush and Brunswick.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 400 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN ALBANY AND WEST CENTRAL RENSSELAER COUNTIES...

As of 242 PM EDT, preliminary reports coming into the National 
Weather Service indicate localized but serious flooding in the city 
of Albany and nearby locations.  Doppler radar indicated that the 
heaviest storms have moved east of Albany, however showers will 
continue through 4 pm and serious flooding will occur in some low-
lying areas. 

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Albany, Troy, East Greenbush, Cohoes, Watervliet, Rensselaer, Latham,
Delmar, Menands, Green Island, Waterford, Loudonville, Center
Brunswick, Wyantskill, Feura Bush, Selkirk, Wynantskill, West Sand
Lake, North Greenbush and Brunswick.
