Wind gusts could reach up to 45 mph. Strong jet stream winds will also exist over the south central high terrain later tonight into Thursday morning. West-southwest winds will be 35-45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. Up to 10 inches of wet snow could fall on the highest peaks. Rain falling at lower elevations can also reduce the visibility to 3 to 5 miles. * LOCAL IMPACTS...Crosswinds will cause hazardous driving for high profile vehicles along north-south oriented roadways.
