Central Valencia County in central New Mexico... * Until 800 PM MDT. * At 604 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain from the Los Lunas to Belen area. Rainfall in excess of one inch an hour was reported at the Belen airport during the last hour. The storms were moving slowly to the west and southwest. Travel on Interstate 25 in this area is likely impacted. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Valencia, Los Lunas, Belen, Peralta, Rio Communities North, El Cerro Mission, Jarales, Los Trujillos-Gabaldon, Tome and Casa Colorada. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
