The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has cancelled the Wind
Advisory. 

* TEMPERATURES...Low temperatures tonight bottoming out between 17
  and 20 degrees in parts of the Pahrump Valley, Kingman and the
  Hualapai Valley north of Kingman.

* FREEZE IMPACTS...A Hard Freeze Warning means temperatures will
  be well below freezing for many hours. Sub-freezing temperatures
  may cause exposed/uninsulated pipes to burst. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Bring pets indoors to protect them from the cold. To prevent 
freezing and possible bursting of outdoor pipes...they should be 
wrapped...drained...or allowed to drip slowly. Anyone with in 
ground sprinkler systems...should drain their systems or cover any
above ground pipes to protect them from freezing.
