...WIND ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 5 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO 8 AM PDT
MONDAY...

The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect from 5 PM this afternoon to 8 AM PDT
Monday. 

* TIMING...Winds will increase late this afternoon and this
  evening, peak overnight, then decrease Monday morning.

* WINDS...North 20 to 30 MPH with gusts 35 to 45 MPH. The
  strongest winds are likely across Death Valley National Park and
  the Nevada National Security Site.

* IMPACTS...Strong crosswinds will be possible along with areas of
  blowing dust and limited visibility. Unsecured objects, fences,
  and temporary structures may be damaged or displaced.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Use extra caution if traveling in the area, especially in high-
profile vehicles which are more susceptible to strong crosswinds.
Check weather and road conditions before traveling. Secure any 
loose objects, fences, and temporary structures.
