The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 11 AM to 8 PM PDT Monday. * TIMING...Winds will increase late Monday morning...peaking between 11 am and 6 pm then decrease in the early evening. * WINDS...Northwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 45 mph. * IMPACTS...The winds could create patches of blowing dust which could briefly reduce the visibility to a mile or less.
