* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Central Mohave County in northwestern Arizona...

* Until 800 PM MST

* At 501 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain north of Peach Springs. Flash flooding is expected to 
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Diamond Creek Campground, Diamond Creek Road, Buck and Doe Road 
  near Peach Springs. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 800 PM MST FOR
CENTRAL MOHAVE COUNTY...

At 613 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated that thunderstorms were 
decreasing in areas just north of Peach Springs. However runoff from 
earlier rain is likely causing flash flooding along Diamond Creek 
Road and other areas just north of Peach Springs.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Diamond Creek Campground, Diamond Creek Road, and Buck and Doe Road 
northwest of Peach Springs.
