Central Clark County in southern Nevada... * Until 945 AM PDT * At 647 AM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across southeast Henderson and additional thunderstorms moving into the northeast Las Vegas Valley. Rainfall rates up to 2 inches per hour are estimated with these storms. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly over parts of the the east side of the Las Vegas Valley. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
