The Red Flag warning for Saturday will be in effect from 11 AM to 8 PM MST. * WINDS...Strong southwest to west winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph will continue into the early evening hours then gradually ease into the night. Another round of somewhat lighter winds will develop Saturday, generally from the northwest at 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph well east and south of Tucson. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...Humidity levels will drop through the evening hours from west to east reaching their lowest levels of the day during the overnight hours.
