Central Pima County in southeastern Arizona...
* Until 615 PM MST
* At 409 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms along Highway
86 near Three Points have produced between 1 and 2 inches of rain
over the past hour...and is likely resulting in flash flooding of
normally dry washes that feed into the Brawley Wash.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Three Points, Valencia West, Tucson Estates, Ryan Field and San
Pedro.

subsided. Therefore, the Flash Flood Warning has been allowed to
expire at 615 PM MST.
However, minor flooding will persist into the the late evening
hours. Therefore, A Small Stream Flood Advisory is in effect for the
area until 9 PM MST.
