The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Northeastern Pima County in southeastern Arizona...

* Until 745 PM MST

* At 448 PM MST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. One inch of rain has already 
  fallen at the CDO at Big Wash in Oro Valley. Flash flooding is 
  expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Oro Valley, Marana, Tortolita, Casas Adobes, Flowing Wells,
  Catalina State Park and Catalina Foothills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

across the warned area. However, flash flooding will continue across 
the region. 

Normally dry washes and low water crossings may be inundated in the
following locations...
Oro Valley, Marana, Tortolita, Casas Adobes, Flowing Wells, Catalina
State Park and Catalina Foothills.
