VERY DRY AND WINDY CONDITIONS FOR FAR SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA...

The National Weather Service in Tulsa has issued a Red Flag
Warning, which is in effect until 6 PM CST this evening. 

* AFFECTED AREA...IN Oklahoma, Pushmataha, Latimer, and Le Flore 
  counties. 

* WIND...North to northeast at 10 to 20 mph, gusts to 35 mph

* HUMIDITY...25 to 30 percent

* TEMPERATURE...Upper 60s to Lower 70s

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. 
  Outdoor burning is not recommended.
