* At 545 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated an area of heavy rain with
rain rates of around 1 to 1.5 inches per hour across the warned
area. At least 3 to 5 inches of rain has already fallen across
portions of Washington and Osage counties with 1 to 3 inches
across northern Tulsa and Rogers counties. Flash flooding is
likely ongoing.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.
