The National Weather Service in Topeka has issued a Wind Advisory, which is in effect from 11 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT this evening. * TIMING...Gusty winds will increase by late morning and peak during the afternoon hours. Winds will begin to subside after sunset. * WINDS...South winds near 30 mph sustained with gusts from 38 to 45 mph. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 mph or gusts to 45 mph are expected.
