Northern Baker County in southwestern Georgia...
* Until 600 PM EDT
* At 514 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Leary, or 10 miles northwest of Newton, moving
east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northern Baker County, including the following locations: Milford
and Red Store Crossroads.
