* At 927 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Hartford, or 7 miles south of Daleville, moving
northeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
