The National Weather Service in Salt Lake City has issued a Wind Advisory...which is in effect from midnight tonight to noon MDT Tuesday. * AFFECTED AREA...The gaps and canyons of Washington County excluding the St George area. * WINDS...North winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph * TIMING...Developing late this evening and continuing overnight through Tuesday morning before gradually diminishing Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could impact travel along I-15, particularly high profile vehicles. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Wind Advisory means that sustained wind speeds of at least 31 mph or gusts of 45 mph are expected.
