* Flash Flood Warning for...
Central Kane County in southern Utah...
* Until 1230 AM MDT
* At 722 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain over the Paria, Coyote, and Wahweap drainages. Up to
one inch of rain has already fallen, and additional rainfall will
fall on the aforementioned basins . Flash flooding is expected to
begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 AM MDT FOR
CENTRAL KANE COUNTY...
Residual runoff from earlier rainfall continued to result in flash
flooding through the Paria and Wahweap drainages late this evening.
Flash flooding was reported along Coyote Creek which flows into
Wahweap Creek, and the Paria River saw a rapid increase in flow from
7 CFS to 1240 in a little over an hour.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Wahweap Creek near Big Water, and the lower Paria River drainage.
