Southwestern Runnels County in west central Texas...
* Until 745 PM CDT
* At 609 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm with very
heavy rain over the southwestern part of Runnels County. This
storm has shown little movement and is producing very heavy rain
over the same area. Rarar estimates that 3 to 4 inches of rain
have already occurred with this storm. An additional inch of
rain is expected through 715 PM. Flash flooding is expected to
begin shortly.
