  Eastern Bienville Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  South central Lincoln Parish in north central Louisiana...
  North central Winn Parish in north central Louisiana...

* Until 400 PM CDT
    
* At 310 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Jonesboro, moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  Jackson...eastern Bienville...south central Lincoln and north
  central Winn Parishes, including the following locations: East
