Mar 24, 11:24 PM CDT	TSTM WND GST 100	1 W Ringgold, LA	THE RINGGOLD ASSEMBLY OF GOD CHURCH HAD ITS ROOF LIFTED BY STRAIGHT LINE WINDS. AS THE ROOF CAME BACK DOWN, IT CRUSHED THE UNREINFORCED CINDER BLOCK WALLS NEAR THE FRONT OF THE STRUCTURE, WHICH THEN PARTIALLY COLLAPSED. PORTIONS OF THE ROOF STRUCTURE WERE FOUN

  Northern Red River Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  Southwestern Bienville Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
  Southeastern Bossier Parish in northwestern Louisiana...

* Until 1130 PM CDT
    
* At 1046 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a 
  tornado was located just northeast of Mansfield, moving northeast 
  at 45 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Ringgold around 1120 PM CDT.

CENTRAL BIENVILLE AND SOUTHEASTERN BOSSIER PARISHES...
    
At 1124 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado 
was located just west of Ringgold, or 19 miles south of Minden, 
moving northeast at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
west central Bienville and southeastern Bossier Parishes, including
the following locations: Jamestown.
