heavy rain across the Mount Laguna area, with nearly a half an
inch of rain reported in the last 15 minutes. Flash flooding will
likely begin shortly.

SOUTHEASTERN SAN DIEGO COUNTY...
At 240 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated that thunderstorms and heavy
showers over the southern San Diego county mountains, including
Mount Laguna and Pine Valley, have been dissipating over the past 20
minutes. Rain gages reported 1.12 inches in one hour at Mount
Laguna. Flash flooding is still a possibility due to run-off from
earlier heavy rains.
