The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a Wind
Advisory, which is in effect until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. 

* TIMING...This morning through 1 PM this afternoon.

* WINDS...South winds sustained over 30 mph with gusts over 40 mph
  possible.

* IMPACTS...Light weight outdoor objects will be blown over. High
  profile vehicles on east-west routes may be pushed to the north.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 35 mph are expected. Winds
this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles. Use extra caution.
