* Flash Flood Warning for...
Southwestern Polk County in southwestern Missouri...
Northeastern Dade County in southwestern Missouri...
* Until 115 AM CDT Monday
* At 709 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain has
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM CDT FOR
SOUTHWESTERN POLK AND NORTHEASTERN DADE COUNTIES...
At 759 PM CDT, local 911 dispatch center reported ongoing flash
flooding on state Highway 215 near Bona and on State Highway RA near
Bona. Roadways are being shut down at these locations. Thunderstorms
with heavy rainfall are continuing over the area. Up to 4 inches of
rain has fallen with an additional 1 to 2 inches of rainfall
possible over the next one to two hours.
This warning includes but is not limited to the following low water
crossings...
Route W at Turkey Creek just west of Eudora...
and Highway 215 west of Bona.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
