* At 909 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one inch of rain has 
  already fallen.  Portions of this same area had heavy rain and 
  flooding earlier today. Flash flooding is expected to begin 
  shortly.

* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
  susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding.
