  Southeastern Barton County in southwestern Missouri...
  Northwestern Jasper County in southwestern Missouri...

* Until 700 PM CDT Wednesday

* At 1202 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain has
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
  susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 700 PM CDT FOR
CHEROKEE...SOUTHEASTERN BARTON AND NORTHWESTERN JASPER COUNTIES...

At 200 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in the 
warned area...particularly in northwest Jasper County where several 
roads have been washed out. Up to three inches of rain has already 
fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring.

Additional thunderstorms are developing near the Kansas and Oklahoma 
state line this afternoon and evening.  This activity is likely to 
train over the warned area...that already experienced excessive 
rain.

NORTHWESTERN JASPER COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 700 PM CDT...

The heavy rain has ended. Flash flooding is no longer expected to
pose a threat to life or property. Please continue to heed any
remaining road closures.

Additional excessive rainfall will move into the warned area later 
this evening.  There will be another flash flood risk if this rain 
begins to train over Cherokee and Jasper counties.
