PULASKI AND WESTERN PHELPS COUNTIES...
At 1053 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain has already
fallen. The heaviest rain has fallen along the Interstate 44
corridor from Richland to Waynesville to Devils Elbow.
Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially
susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding.
