SOUTHERN BOURBON...CRAWFORD...BARTON AND SOUTHERN VERNON COUNTIES...
At 329 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in the
warned area. Two to six inches of rain has fallen. Flash flooding is
already occurring.
Rain has moved out of the warned area, however, additional
thunderstorms are expected to develop this evening and overnight.
This warning includes but is not limited to the following low water
crossings...
