* At 1227 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

WEDNESDAY FOR CENTRAL BOTETOURT COUNTY...

central Botetourt county overnight. Runoff from this rainfall is 
expected to produce flash flooding in the warning area.
