* At 632 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Middlebourne, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and ping pong ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  northeastern Doddridge...east central Tyler and northwestern
  Harrison Counties, including the following locations: Center Point,

of Middlebourne, moving east at 45 mph.
