rain across the warned area. Up to two and a half inches of rain 
have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. 
More rain is expected this morning. Numerous reports of flooding 
have already come in across the area.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Ripley, Spencer, Glenville, Elizabeth, Grantsville, Ravenswood,
Sandyville, Reedy, Auburn, Statts Mills, Cherry, Smithville, Given,
Mount Zion, Newberne, Cottageville, Lucille, Alum Bridge, Big Springs
and Berea.
