The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for...
Carter County in northeastern Kentucky...
* Until 945 PM EDT
* At 649 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms
producing very heavy rain across the warned area, especially in
the southern and western part of the county. Storms are expected
to continue through at least through 8 PM. Flash flooding is
expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Grayson, Olive Hill, Grayson Lake State Park, Carter Caves State
Park, Denton, Grahn, Soldier, Globe, Willard and Hitchins.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
