* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Plumas County in northern California...

* Until 815 PM PDT

* At 615 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. The storms are nearly 
  stationary. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen and 
  another half inch or more is expected. Flash flooding is expected 
  to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Genesee.

PLUMAS COUNTY...

At 706 PM PDT, the heavy rain has ended over the warned area in the 
Indian Creek drainage, but flooding is still possible as water runs 
off the steeper terrain around the valley. Doppler radar estimates 
over 2 inches of rain have fallen in the last 2 hours.
