...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 PM MDT THIS AFTERNOON...

The National Weather Service in Pueblo has issued a High Wind
Warning, which is in effect until 1 PM MDT this afternoon. 

* LOCATION...Huerfano county

* CAUSE AND TIMING...A strong jet stream will cause strong gap 
flow winds to blow across most of Huerfano county through early 
afternoon

* WIND...20 to 40 mph with gusts to 60 mph.

* IMPACT...high profile vehicles along I-25 will be impacted.
  Minor wind damage will be possible. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A High Wind Warning means a hazardous high wind event is expected
or occurring. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 mph or gusts
of 58 mph or more can lead to property damage.

The National Weather Service in Pueblo has cancelled the High
Wind Warning. 

Winds have decreased across eastern Huerfano county though some
gusts up to 40 mph will be possible through the afternoon. Since
damaging gusts are no longer expected, the High Wind Warning has 
been cancelled.
