* At 617 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of north central
Kiowa County.

NORTH CENTRAL KIOWA COUNTY...
At 705 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy
rain continuing to move across the warned area. Pueblo doppler radar
indicates 1 to over 3 inches of rain has fallen in north central
Kiowa County over the past hour, with the greatest amounts closer to
the southeast Lincoln County and southwestern Cheyenne County lines.
Flash flooding is occuring or is expected to begin shortly.
Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of north central
Kiowa County.

NORTH CENTRAL KIOWA COUNTY...
At 839 PM MDT, Pueblo doppler radar indicated thunderstorms
producing heavy rain has moved north and east of the area, with only
light rain falling across north central Kiowa County at this time.
Doppler radar indicates up to an addtional inch of rain across the
warned area over the past hour. This brings storm total rainfall
amounts of 2 to over 4 inches across the warned area, with the
greatest amounts indicated between County Roads A and 19, and the
southeast Lincoln County and southwestern Cheyenne County lines.
Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of north central
Kiowa County.
