Eastern Custer County in southeastern Colorado... Western Pueblo County in southeastern Colorado... * Until 800 PM MDT * At 502 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the North Creek basin on the Junkins burn scar. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. * Flash flooding will remain over mainly rural areas of eastern Custer and western Pueblo Counties. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the North Creek basin. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
