already fallen locally. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already
fallen along parts of Highway 78 between Brawley and Galmis. Flash
flooding is expected to begin shortly.
