* At 208 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Spring Mount,
  or 21 miles east of Reading, moving northeast at 5 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect damage to 
           trees and power lines.
