In northeast Maryland, Caroline, Cecil, Kent MD, Queen Annes, and Talbot. In New Jersey, Atlantic, Atlantic Coastal Cape May, Camden, Cape May, Coastal Atlantic, Coastal Ocean, Cumberland, Gloucester, Mercer, Northwestern Burlington, Ocean, Salem, and Southeastern Burlington. In southeast Pennsylvania, Delaware, Eastern Chester, Eastern Montgomery, Lower Bucks, and Philadelphia. * From Monday afternoon through Monday evening * Heavy rain of 1 to 2 inches, with isolated higher amounts up to 4 inches are possible. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to start mid day tomorrow and continue through the evening hours.
