* Flash Flood Warning for...
  West central Sussex County in southern Delaware...

* Until 1000 PM EDT

* At 659 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have 
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected in the areas of 
  heaviest rain and also downstream to the border with Maryland.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Seaford, Blades and Bethel. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
