The National Weather Service in Pittsburgh has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southeastern Greene County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
  Southwestern Fayette County in southwestern Pennsylvania...
  Northeastern Monongalia County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 515 PM EDT..

* At 442 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Cassville, or near Star City, moving east at 40 
  mph. Recent live social media video from the Mount Morris area 
  showed extremely strong winds in the area. 

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Point Marion around 455 PM EDT. 

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Mount
Morris, Bobtown and Cheat Lake.

This includes the following highways...
  Interstate 79 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 0 and 2.
 
  Interstate 79 in West Virginia between mile markers 158 and 160.

At 456 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over Point Marion, or 7 miles northeast of Star City,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely. 

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
southeastern Greene...southwestern Fayette and northeastern
Monongalia Counties, including the following locations: Cheat Lake.

The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe limits
and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado. Therefore, the 
warning will be allowed to expire. Conditions may support additional 
severe weather as this storm tracks along the Pennsylvania and West 
Virginia border...toward Markleyburg north of Interstate 68.
