NORTHEASTERN JEFFERSON AND SOUTHWESTERN CARTER COUNTIES...

At 435 PM CDT, the public reported flash flooding occurring along 
Highway 70, west of Ringling. 3 to 5 inches of rain have fallen. 
Flash flooding is already occurring.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Healdton, Ringling and Cornish. 

Additional rainfall amounts of at least an inch are possible in the 
warned area.
