Breaking mountain waves in the lee of the Cascade Mountains will also be possible, which will be capable of mixing down stronger wind gusts into the Wenatchee Area and on the Waterville Plateau. The Moses Lake Area is expected to see gusty winds that funnel out of the Kittitas Valley.
