.STRONG WINDS ARE CURRENTLY BLOWING ACROSS THE WASHINGTON PALOUSE
AND NORTHERN GARFIELD COUNTY TOWARD THE BLUE MOUNTAINS. WIND GUSTS
IN EXCESS OF 50 MPH HAVE BEEN OBSERVED IN SPOTS THIS MORNING.
MOTORISTS TRAVELING ALONG HIGHWAY 12 BETWEEN CLARKSTON AND DAYTON
WILL LIKELY ENCOUNTER THESE STRONG CROSS-WINDS.

* Impacts...STRONG CROSS WINDS WILL MAKE TRAVEL DIFFICULT ALONG
  SECTIONS OF HIGHWAY 12 BETWEEN CLARKSTON AND DAYTON...ESPECIALLY
  FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. LIGHT WEIGHT OBJECTS MAY BECOME AIRBORNE.

* Locations...Pomeroy, Pullman, Colfax, Rosalia, La Crosse, 
  Oakesdale, Tekoa, and Uniontown.
