DOWN INTO THE MOSES LAKE AREA TONIGHT. LOCALIZED DAMAGING WIND
GUSTS TO 60 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE.

WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM PST WEDNESDAY.

* WINDS...STRONGEST WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH WITH LOCALIZED GUSTS UP
  TO 60 MPH WILL BE FELT ON THE WATERVILLE PLATEAU AND OFF OF THE
  PLATEAU INTO QUINCY AND VANTAGE.

* TIMING...HIGH WINDS WILL CONTINUE INTO EARLY WEDNESDAY MORNING
  BEFORE WEAKENING THROUGH MID MORNING.

* IMPACTS...HIGH WINDS WILL BE CAPABLE OF BLOWING OFF ROOF
  SHINGLES AND SIDINGS TO STRUCTURES. POWER LINE AND TREE DAMAGE
  WITH LOCALIZED POWER OUTAGES WILL BE POSSIBLE AS WELL. HAZARDOUS
  TRAVEL DUE TO STRONG CROSS WINDS IS EXPECTED ALONG INTERSTATE 
  90...ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES.

* LOCATIONS...WATERVILLE, MANSFIELD, EPHRATA, MOSES LAKE, QUINCY
  AND GEORGE.
