Advisory, which is in effect until 3 PM CDT this afternoon. 

* TIMING...through 3 pm CDT

* WINDS...sustained winds of 20 to 30 mph...with brief gusts of 40
  to 50 mph possible

* IMPACTS...Tree limbs, as well as shallow rooted and infirm
  trees, may be blown down.
